John Lowy, OCG’s founder and principal, has more than 40 years' experience in raising capital for SMEs, including having been CEO of two companies which successfully raised capital and achieved a NASDAQ listing. He has written several published articles regarding developments in securities laws, has given lectures about going public, and has been a frequent guest on radio shows regarding raising capital and going public. John is a recognized expert, and has consulted to companies worldwide which are looking to raise capital and/or become publicly traded. He is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Barbara Fleischmann, Senior Research Specialist, has more than 25 years experience in the securities business as an investor, analyst and researcher. She has also been involved in real estate on both the sales and investment side. Her responsibilities include researching companies, individuals and institutions for capital raises. Barbara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York.
